• Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 per year

2. Director of Jewelry Design
Location: New York, USA
We are seeking a visionary Director of Jewelry Design to lead our creative team and drive the design process for our fine jewelry collections. You will be responsible for conceptualizing new designs, collaborating with artisans, and bringing innovative jewelry concepts to life.

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

3. Investment Analyst
Location: Global (Remote available)
In this role, you will support the company’s investment portfolio, conduct market research, analyze investment opportunities, and contribute to the company's strategy in stocks, bonds, and other investment assets.

• Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

4. Hotel Development Manager
Location: Belgium
As the Hotel Development Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of hotel investments, managing everything from site selection to construction, and ensuring timely project completion with a focus on luxury and hospitality excellence.

• Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year

5. Operations Manager
Location: Global (Remote available)
You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations across all sectors of Barez Holdings LLC. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating teams, and streamlining processes for improved efficiency.

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

6. Legal and Document Specialist (Dubai Office) 
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site required)
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage large volumes of legal documentation. You will be responsible for filling in legal forms, handling lawsuits, and processing hundreds of documents daily. This is a high-responsibility position with a significant workload, ideal for someone with a legal background or strong attention to detail.

• Salary: $300,000+ per year

Job Requirements:

For all positions (excluding Digital Marketing Director), candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the specified field, with a proven history of success in similar roles. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across teams and with stakeholders, while adaptability is key to thriving in a fast-paced, global work environment. Candidates should possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and efficiency in overcoming challenges. A proven track record of achieving measurable results in previous roles, supported by documentation such as performance reviews, certifications, or relevant work samples, is required. Candidates should also be able to provide documentation of past achievements, such as reports, portfolios, or case studies, to validate their professional experience. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages may be advantageous depending on the role. Availability of up to 8 hours a day is necessary, with flexible working hours based on time zone requirements and deadlines. Proof of work availability will be required through work hours tracking, timesheets, or project completion reports to ensure consistency and reliability.

For the Digital Marketing Director position, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO, online campaigns, and social media presence. A proven ability to drive growth in online engagement and digital sales, with verifiable success stories, analytics reports, or campaign results, is essential. Strong analytical skills are required to assess data, adapt strategies, and make informed decisions. Creativity and excellent communication skills are necessary to develop content that engages target audiences and enhances brand visibility. Familiarity with industry trends and the ability to stay ahead of digital marketing advancements are also key. Availability of up to 8 hours a day is expected, with clear documentation of working hours, project updates, and campaign results.
